Reservation and deposit

We will only accept a reservation in writing. You will receive a confirmation of the booking where you will find the deposit conditions. If up to the specified date, which is given in the booking confirmation no payment has received, your reservation will be cancelled.

Check In

You can check in on your arrival date from 3 pm. Should you plan a late arrival, please let us know.

Check Out

Please vacate your room by no later than 9 am on your departure day.

Car Park

For the apartment ATLANTIS there is ONE parking lot available next to the house. For the apartments EYLSION and the AVALON there are TWO parking lots available next to the house.

Payment

You can either transfer the money for the room bill in advance or pay it in CASH at the Check In. Please note that we do not accept card payments.

Cancellation

-from the time of booking we charge 30 % of the arrangement
-from 4 weeks before arrival we charge 70 %
-up to 7 days before arrival, we charge 90 % of the total amount
- in the case of no-show and early departure, we charge 100% oft he booked arrangement

We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed reservation within 48 hours without stating the reason.

Otherwise the "general terms and conditions of the hotel industry" (AGBH) apply.

We recommend you a travel cancellation insurance to prevent you from financial losses in case of cancellations. At www.europaeische.at you will find all information for travel insurances.

Prices

All prices and information shown are non-binding. No liability is accepted for mistakes such as printing or typographical errors. No legal claims can be based on such errors. 

Guestcard

On your arrival day you will get a guestcard from our house, which is valid to get the VIP skipass on the ticket counters of the cable car as well as a discount for the tennis courts and the swimming pool.

Apartment equipment

The kitchenettes are equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, hob, Bialetti coffee maker and filter coffee machine, coffee grinder, common kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, toaster, blender, kettle.

We provide dishwashing powder, bin bags, tea towels and a small selection of condiments.

Lines are provided. In the bath room there are hand and bath towels which can be changed on request once a week.

Additional information

If a partial or complete cleaning of the apartment is desired during the stay (eg. change of bed linen when changing guests, cleaning of the bath room, cleaning of the kitchen, etc.) a fee of EUR 99,00 will be charged per cleaning.

As a side note:
Our house was built in the 60s. As Tyroleans used to be rather short people, the rooms and passages are correspondingly lower and not ideal for tall people.
